I like the shoe itself but the customer service was terrible. After taking close to 3 months to arrive (mostly due to covid-19) the shoes I received were the wrong size. When I emailed the artist he never responded. I send 3 emails Over a week and a half. I have paid a lot of money and now will attempt to get a refund as I’m not getting a response. Was really excited for these shoes but have been hugely disappointed ☹️
