I ordered a size 9 but didn’t get that size. I talked to them for awhile until they just stopped responding and now I have the wrong size shoe

I received an email on 17 Dec 2020 saying that my order had shipped. It's now mid-February and the shoes are still not here. I suspect that they are stopped by US Customs and returned to sender but they never refund the money. Never again.

Didn’t ever even send them

I received the product over 30 days late. Impossible to communicate with any customer service entity.
