Received the wrong size after waiting several weeks for delivery. Still haven’t received the new pair with correct size. I had to pay for shipping to send the original pair back. Not sure who to contact other than the artist. Very poor customer service.

Brilliant! These shoes were #1 on our daughter's Christmas list and she is absolutely delighted with them. They're the envy of all her friends (and her friends' parents) and it's a very good shoe -- sturdy and comfortable as well as artistically designed. We couldn't be more pleased and may be back to purchase more.
